Our Story

About Arizona Schnauzers

Arizona Schnauzers is a family run Giant Schnauzer breeding program based in Arizona. Our work is rooted in three principles: health, temperament, and structure. Every dog in our program reflects those principles. Every puppy we place is raised to honor them.

Our Foundation

Our breeding program is built on proven American and imported European bloodlines. We work intentionally with both lines to produce Giant Schnauzers that carry the structure, drive, and stability the breed is known for without the inconsistencies that come from narrow or careless breeding.

We breed selectively. We produce few litters per year. We hold puppies back for evaluation when the right structure, temperament, and breed type are present. This is not a high volume program and never will be.

Our Credentials

Arizona Schnauzers is led by a Certified AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator with completed coursework through AKC Canine College in canine anatomy, canine genetics, breeding systems, pedigree analysis, and genetic defects and health.

We are a Royal Canin Crown Partner, an invitation only designation reserved for breeders who meet Royal Canin's standards for quality, care, and long term commitment. We partner with NuVet Labs for a structured supplement protocol from puppyhood forward. Our veterinary relationships support every aspect of the program from reproductive health to puppy wellness to specialized procedures.

Our Philosophy

Education is the foundation of every decision we make. The pairings we plan, the families we place with, the support we provide after pickup all of it stems from the belief that breeders should be students of the breed first.

We don't sell puppies. We place them. There is a difference, and the families who choose us understand it.

Our Commitment to You

When you bring an Arizona Schnauzers puppy home, you join a family that does not end at eight weeks. We remain a resource for the life of your dog for nutrition questions, training guidance, health concerns, and everything in between. The relationship continues because the dog continues.
